Kuru Kuru
The graceful Kuru Kuru is composed of a tray, carafe and cup, three elements that hark
back to their archetypes. By reinterpreting simple shapes of universal tradition, Naoto
Fukasawa creates new objects of daily use.
Kuru Kuru is a Japanese term for the turning-lathe, the main technique used to make
the three objects. The humble forms breathe with elegance and kindness, while quiet
power transpires from their continuous, flowing outline.
The three objects are available separately, in two versions: stainless steel and stainless
steel with copper PVD coating.
